Purchasing Steps for Schools & Organizations
The Terms and Conditions form outlines the guidelines for using the CollegeBound Journey® website and platform. It covers user responsibilities, data privacy, subscription access, and the appropriate use of culturally responsive college planning tools and resources provided on the site.
The Privacy Policy explains how CollegeBound Journey® collects, uses, and protects your personal information. It outlines what data may be gathered—such as contact details submitted through forms—and how that information is used to provide services, communicate updates, and ensure user privacy in compliance with applicable laws.
Please complete this form so we can generate an accurate invoice for your organization’s requested services. The information you provide ensures proper billing, timely service delivery, and alignment with your internal purchasing requirements.
The next step will be to process payment upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent to the billing contact provided in step 3.
After the invoice is paid, we will begin the onboarding process, which includes training your designated administrator to create and view student accounts, access lessons and resources, and answer general questions about implementing the platform effectively.
The final step is implementing the platform with students and families as they begin to discover opportunities and map out their own CollegeBound Journey.
