Career Planning That Honors Who Students Are

My Career Journey is designed for schools, Indian Education programs, and tribal education partners that want to provide individualized career planning support for Native students.

Native students deserve career planning that honors cultural identity, community values, strengths, and long-term goals. Traditional career exploration tools often overlook Indigenous knowledge systems, tribal workforce needs, and the importance of cultural connection in future planning.

Through four virtual coaching sessions, students explore who they are, review career interests, consider education and training pathways, and develop a personalized action plan they can continue using throughout high school.

Why Schools Choose My Career Journey

This service supplements the work schools are already doing by providing one-on-one, culturally responsive career coaching without adding additional responsibilities to counselor caseloads.

Individualized Support

Students receive personalized virtual coaching focused on their interests, strengths, goals, and possible career pathways.

Culturally Responsive Planning

Career exploration is grounded in respect for Native identity, community connection, and student-centered future planning.

Clear Next Steps

Students leave with a practical career action plan that schools can use in future planning, advising, and support conversations.
